I'm Kevin, a Senior Loan Originator based in Central Ohio, a husband, a dog dad and a proud Ohio State grad. I spent my early career at a large retail lender, and in 2023 I moved to the broker side so I could be as competitive as possible for my clients: more lenders, more loan options and more control over the process.

Today I help buyers, homeowners and realtor partners win all across Ohio and the 15 states I'm personally licensed in, with financing available in 49 states through Edge Home Finance, LLC.
